LUSOCRAFTS\u00ae, a registered trademark of WOND Consulting, Lda, headquartered at Rua Alves Redol, N\u00ba84B, Office A, 2600-098 Vila Franca de Xira, with tax identification number 517280019, (hereinafter “LUSOCRAFTS\u00ae”), has implemented an e-commerce platform (hereinafter “Marketplace”) on its website www.lusocrafts.com (hereinafter, “site”). This platform allows adult buyers (hereinafter, “Buyers”), after registering on the site (creating an account), to get in touch, through this platform, with professional sellers also registered on the site (hereinafter, “Sellers”), for the purpose of purchasing products (hereinafter, “Products”) offered at a fixed price. This Marketplace aims to facilitate and enable commercial transactions between buyers and sellers.<\/p>\n

Sales made on the Marketplace between Buyers and Sellers are governed by these Purchase Conditions, which are accepted by the Buyer at the time of each purchase.<\/p>\n

1. OBJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n

The present Purchase Conditions aim to establish the terms in which LUSOCRAFTS\u00ae makes available to Buyers, regulating the use of the website and services, the technological tools necessary for the acquisition of Products from Sellers.<\/p>\n

2. MARKETPLACE DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Marketplace consists of tools that allow Buyers to create their accounts, contact Sellers (through the contact available on the Seller’s Page), as well as make payments for Products and confirm receipt of the same.<\/p>\n

The Marketplace also provides an evaluation system that allows the Buyer to evaluate the service of the Seller(s).<\/p>\n

If the Buyer does not meet these requirements, LUSOCRAFTS\u00ae reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend their access to the Marketplace.<\/p>\n

The Buyer undertakes to carry out all interactions on the Marketplace in good faith, without prejudice to any of the parties involved.<\/p>\n

3. MARKETPLACE USAGE CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Buyer declares to act as a consumer as defined by the Consumer Protection Law \u2013 Law no. 24\/96, of July 31st. <\/p>\n

In addition to accepting the Purchase Conditions, access to the Marketplace is subject to opening an account on the website, providing data that allows your identification. This information must be true, and any changes must be made to the account.<\/p>\n

To log in to the Marketplace, the Buyer must use the email address and password defined when creating the account. The Buyer agrees to keep this information confidential and not to share it with third parties, being solely responsible for accessing the Marketplace through their access data (email and password) unless they can prove fraudulent use that is not attributable to them.<\/p>\n

In case of loss, diversion, or fraudulent use of the email and\/or password, the Buyer agrees to immediately inform LUSOCRAFTS\u00ae.<\/p>\n

Opening an account and using the Marketplace are free (except for any telecommunications operator costs), with no obligation to purchase on the site. Using the Marketplace is free and only the purchase of Products from Sellers incurs charges, as set out in the Purchase Conditions.<\/p>\n

4. ORDERING PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n

To make purchases on the website www.lusocrafts.com, it is necessary to register as a Customer and create an account.<\/p>\n

After registration, you can add all the Products you wish to purchase to your virtual shopping cart, following all the steps of the purchase until successful completion.<\/p>\n

LUSOCRAFTS\u00ae informs that the prices practised on www.lusocrafts.com are exclusive to the store, valid only during the announced periods and applicable to orders placed during those periods, even if received later, and are subject to stock availability. Promotional campaigns have specific conditions and limited stock.
The validation of the purchase order implies that the Customer is aware and agrees with the current Purchase Conditions, available for consultation on our website. The records kept by LUSOCRAFTS\u00ae serve as proof of all transactions between LUSOCRAFTS\u00ae and the Customer. It is LUSOCRAFTS\u00ae \u2019s responsibility to archive the electronic document that formalizes the contract, keeping it accessible for purposes related to the commercial transactions carried out.<\/p>\n

After completing the purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is incorrect, you can request its amendment or cancellation of the purchase made.<\/p>\n
