The product will be shipped to the address provided by the buyer upon payment validation. 

The delivery of the order will be made within the time indicated on the product page, except in exceptional circumstances beyond LUSOCRAFTS®, which will not be responsible for delays in delivery. In the case of orders with multiple products and different delivery times, the longest timeframe will be considered for the complete delivery of the order. 

The shipping costs will be informed to the Customer during the order process, not being included prices indicated in the presentation of the products. 

A tracking number will be assigned to each order so that both the seller and the buyer can track delivery information. 

The shipping costs are presented at the time of placing an order, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics: 

• Destination region; 
• Weight and/or value of the order. 

If the order is not received or picked up by the buyer, it will be returned, having a period of 14 days to communicate to LUSOCRAFTS®. O reenvio será responsabilidade do comprador.
