The wine belongs to the Vinho Regional Lisboa designation of origin and is produced from the Sauvignon Blanc and Arinto grape varieties The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soils from the Jurassic period with plants over a decade old The sun exposure and viticultural work contribute to the production of high quality grapes with an average production of 60hl per hectare The grapes were harvested by hand at the end of August 2021 in 20kg boxes to preserve their quality. After destemming and gentle pressing, the musts went through cold static decanting. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to maintain the wine's specific character. The aroma stands out for its combination of passion fruit and green asparagus, typical of Sauvignon Blanc, balanced with citrus notes from Arinto The taste is fresh and structured, providing a good balance between acidity, minerality and fruit with a persistent aftertaste. The alcohol content is 13% with a total acidity of 8.10g/L pH of 3.08 and reducing sugars of less than 1.5g/L It should be stored horizontally away from direct light in a cool, humid place The expected shelf life is five years It should be consumed at a temperature of 10 to 12°C and is an excellent accompaniment to salads, grilled fish, seafood and white meats The winemaker responsible for the wine is Luís Maia
