PURCHASE CONDITIONS
LUSOCRAFTS®, Registered Trademark of WOND Consulting, Lda, with headquarters at Rua Alexandre Herculano, N 1, A-dos-Bispos, 2600-156 Vila Franca de Xira with tax identification number 517280019, (hereinafter LUSOCRAFTS®), implemented on its website www.lusococrafts.com (“site”), an e-commerce platform (hereinafter “Marketplace”) that allows buyers of age (hereinafter “Buyers”), after registration on the site (account creation), to contact, through this platform, with professional sellers also registered on the site (hereinafter, “Sellers”), for the purpose of acquiring products (hereinafter, “Products”) offered at a fixed price. This Marketplace aims to facilitate and enable commercial transactions between buyers and sellers.
Sales made on the Marketplace between Buyers and Sellers are governed by these Purchase Conditions, which are accepted by the Buyer at the time of each purchase.
1. OBJECT
The present Purchase Conditions aim to establish the terms in which LUSOCRAFTS® makes available to Buyers, regulating the use of the website and services, the technological tools necessary for the acquisition of Products from Sellers.
2. MARKETPLACE DESCRIPTION
The Marketplace consists of tools that allow Buyers to create their accounts, contact Sellers (through the contact available on the Seller’s Page), as well as make payments for Products and confirm receipt of the same.
The Marketplace also provides an evaluation system that allows the Buyer to evaluate the service of the Seller(s).
If the Buyer does not meet these requirements, LUSOCRAFTS® reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend their access to the Marketplace.
The Buyer undertakes to carry out all interactions on the Marketplace in good faith, without prejudice to any of the parties involved.
3. MARKETPLACE USAGE CONDITIONS
The Buyer declares to act as a consumer as defined by the Consumer Protection Law – Law no. 24/96, of July 31st.
In addition to accepting the Purchase Conditions, access to the Marketplace is subject to opening an account on the website, providing data that allows your identification. This information must be true, and any changes must be made to the account.
To log in to the Marketplace, the Buyer must use the email address and password defined when creating the account. The Buyer agrees to keep this information confidential and not to share it with third parties, being solely responsible for accessing the Marketplace through their access data (email and password) unless they can prove fraudulent use that is not attributable to them.
In case of loss, diversion, or fraudulent use of the email and/or password, the Buyer agrees to immediately inform LUSOCRAFTS®.
Opening an account and using the Marketplace are free (except for any telecommunications operator costs), with no obligation to purchase on the site. Using the Marketplace is free and only the purchase of Products from Sellers incurs charges, as set out in the Purchase Conditions.
4. ORDERING PROCESS
To make purchases on the website www.lusocrafts.com, it is necessary to register as a Customer and create an account.
After registration, you can add all the Products you wish to purchase to your virtual shopping cart, following all the steps of the purchase until successful completion.
LUSOCRAFTS® informs that the prices practised on www.lusocrafts.com are exclusive to the store, valid only during the announced periods and applicable to orders placed during those periods, even if received later, and are subject to stock availability. Promotional campaigns have specific conditions and limited stock.
The validation of the purchase order implies that the Customer is aware and agrees with the current Purchase Conditions, available for consultation on our website. The records kept by LUSOCRAFTS® serve as proof of all transactions between LUSOCRAFTS® and the Customer. It is LUSOCRAFTS® ’s responsibility to archive the electronic document that formalizes the contract, keeping it accessible for purposes related to the commercial transactions carried out.
After completing the purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is incorrect, you can request its amendment or cancellation of the purchase made.

Invoices for orders placed are available from the moment they are dispatched and can be consulted in the customer’s account.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
LUSOCRAFTS® begins processing an order after confirmation of payment made by the Customer.
During the checkout process, the Customer receives information about the expected shipping date, which can be within 24 hours, 2 to 4 days, or 1 to 2 weeks. In addition to the estimated shipping period, it is necessary to consider the transport time, which varies according to the chosen carrier and the destination of the order.
LUSOCRAFTS® only carries out shipments on business days, considering delivery dates as merely indicative.
Therefore, weekends and holidays are not counted for the estimated delivery of orders.
If any of the ordered Products are not available, LUSOCRAFTS® will contact you to verify the possibility of restocking the item or finding an alternative. Any changes in delivery time or price will only be made after customer consent.
If the product is completely out of stock, LUSOCRAFTS® may suggest an alternative of similar quality and price, requesting customer approval before proceeding.
If it is not possible to find alternatives or if the customer does not agree with the proposed changes, LUSOCRAFTS® will refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after the communication of cancellation.
Any delay in the shipment of items concerning the indicated dates, which are only estimates, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping methods and applicable deadlines can be confirmed during the checkout process and are calculated based on the destination country and weight. Payment for shipping costs will be charged together with the purchase of the product.
The shipping time for an item is presented when selecting the desired shipping method.
7. CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS
Per the Right of Free Resolution, as provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, upon purchasing an item on lusocrafts.com, you have 14 days, starting from receipt of the order, to proceed with its return.
To initiate the return process, the following conditions must be met:
- Presentation of the purchase invoice for the item;
- The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sold, without damage or signs of use, and packaged in the original packaging.
To start the return process, the Customer must directly contact the Seller through the contact provided on the Seller’s page. Returns without prior contact from the Customer will not be accepted.
The following items are excluded from the Right of Free Resolution:
- Customized items according to customer specifications;
- Items that, by their nature, are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- Sealed items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons when opened after delivery;
- Items that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other products and may compromise their quality, safety, or usefulness;
- Sealed audiovisual items, if the consumer has removed the seal of inviolability guarantee after delivery.
When exercising the right of free resolution, the Customer is responsible for the total costs of returning the items.
The Customer must return the items within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the day the Customer informed the Seller of the free resolution of the contract.
After contacting the Seller and receiving return instructions, the customer can send the item to the address provided.
All items are checked upon arrival, and only those that meet the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
The Seller reserves the right not to accept items that do not meet the return conditions.
In the event of receiving damaged items, the Seller will schedule the collection of the items at the location indicated by the Customer, provided it is in the same shipping area as the original order, at no cost to the Customer.
In the event of contract resolution, the Customer will be refunded the payments made, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from choosing a shipping method other than the normal method), without undue delay and within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Seller is informed of the Customer’s decision to resolve the contract.
For faster reimbursement, in the case of payments made by Credit Card or Multibanco, it is necessary to provide an NIB/IBAN, as the refund will be made through this method.
If the customer wishes another form of reimbursement, they must contact the Seller within a maximum period of 7 (seven) days from the date they informed of their decision to resolve the contract.
LUSOCRAFTS® informs that the refund will only be made after verifying the condition of the product.
The Customer may cancel their order until the items are delivered, with the right to a refund of the amount paid.
Non-payment of the order within 24 hours after its completion implies its automatic cancellation.
Following Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of January 7 (and respective amendments conferred by Decree-Law No. 62/2009 of March 10 and by Law No. 46/2012 of August 29), regarding electronic commerce, LUSOCRAFTS® reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever programming errors or any malfunction occur in the LUSOCRAFTS® computers, as well as if the contractual proposal reaches its destination deformed and the error affects an essential element of the contract.
8. PERSONAL DATA
The Buyer’s Personal Data is processed by LUSOCRAFTS® and is essential to ensure the management of their account and their access to the Marketplace unless otherwise indicated.
The provided data will be used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Execution and management of purchase and sale contracts;
- Order processing;
- Communication with customers and clarification of doubts;
- Processing requests for information;
- Handling complaints, Regulatory Processes, pre-litigation processes, or exercise of rights in legal proceedings;
- Statistical analysis activities;
- Verification, maintenance, and development of systems and statistical analyses;
- Direct marketing communications (if the customer has subscribed to the newsletter);
- Preventing and combating fraud;
- Requesting feedback on purchased products;
- Carrying out satisfaction surveys;
The information necessary for the delivery of the Products is transmitted to the Seller exclusively for that purpose.
By the legislation in force on the Protection of Personal Data, the Buyer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability at any time by requesting it through the following email: info@lusocrafts.com.
The Buyer’s personal data is only kept for the period necessary for the purpose of its collection.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, comments, works, illustrations, and images reproduced or represented on the website are protected under copyright law, as well as intellectual property, for the entire duration of the protection of such rights worldwide.
As established in the Copyright and Related Rights Code, only private use is permitted, without prejudice to any more restrictive provisions present in said Code.
All texts, works, or images reproduced or presented on the website are protected by copyright worldwide.
Total or partial reproduction or representation of the website and/or elements found on the website is expressly prohibited, subjecting infringers to legal action.
Some products are subject to personal and specific usage rights that regulate copies, public broadcasts, and rentals. The Buyer must comply with the contractual conditions applicable to these Products, and LUSOCRAFTS® cannot be held responsible for uses made of these Products in this context.
Under the applicable law, LUSOCRAFTS® is not responsible for any violation of Copyright and Related Rights of Products marketed on the Marketplace.
10. RESPONSIBILITY
LUSOCRAFTS®’s liability to the Buyer can only be attributed to facts directly related to it that cause direct damage. LUSOCRAFTS® cannot be held responsible for the defective use of the Marketplace by the Buyer.
Under the provisions of Articles 11 and following of Decree-Law no. 7/2004, of 07.01, amended by Decree-Law no. 62/2009, of 10.03, and Law no. 46/2012, of 29.08, which transposed Directive no. 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2000 into Portuguese law, LUSOCRAFTS® is exempt from liability regarding the contents made available on the website by Buyers or Sellers, regarding the description of the Products or the evaluations made by Buyers of the Sellers, except in cases of unlawfulness where it must immediately remove such information.
LUSOCRAFTS® declines any responsibility regarding sales concluded by Buyers with Sellers on its Marketplace, to which it is entirely unrelated. Any complaint regarding the description of the Products or their delivery will be forwarded to the indicated Seller, who assumes full responsibility.
The Buyer is solely responsible for the use of the Marketplace, especially for the evaluations they make of the Sellers, undertaking to ensure compensation and compensation to LUSOCRAFTS® for any damage, loss of profit that it may suffer if it is attributed any responsibility by third parties.
11. PARTIAL NULLITY
If one or more determinations of these Purchase Conditions are considered invalid by application of the law or by a definitive decision of a competent court, the remaining determinations will remain valid and effective.
12. APPLICABLE LAW
These Purchase Conditions, as well as the purchase and sale contracts concluded under them, are subject to Portuguese law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation and/or execution is subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
